Olwen Dawe is a Mayo-based Galwegian (!) and businesswoman with experience of big
companies, as well as small indigenous Irish businesses. Olwen has covered a range of
functions – from HR and Operations, to Marketing and PR.
Olwen’s passion is small business and entrepreneurship. Last year she set up Irish
Business Intelligence, a one-stop SME development, communications and marketing
consultancy, focused on delivering practical advice to start-ups and developing
businesses.
A frequent blogger and business writer, her topics of interest include female entrepreneurship, business psychology and
new media – this year Olwen is President of Network Mayo.
